I visited the Chemist Warehouse on Hope St in Geelong, expecting to take advantage of their advertised “We Beat Everyone’s Prices” promise. However, I was disappointed when they refused to match a competitor’s price, even though they had a banner in the store promoting this policy.nnThe staff informed me that their price match policy requires them to add postage costs on top of the competitor’s item price, which was not mentioned in the banner. This completely undermined the price match offer and made the whole process feel misleading.nnIf they have conditions attached to their price match policy, they should be clearly stated upfront. This experience was frustrating, and I hope they reconsider how they advertise their price matching in the future.
Woefully understaffed. 8 customers in the queue and only one register open. I actually phoned the pharmacy number while in the queue to ask them if they were aware of this and the response was disinterest with no additional staff allocated to assist. Not fair to customers or the young staff member having to cope with the register queues on her own.
Completely rude and unprofessional and unhelpful staff. The pharmacist there thinks they are still working in india. You guys need more training to be honest. “We are short staffed today” is not the customer problems.nDon't come to work if you don’t want to work.nThere is always someone better who can replace you.nRIP
Best Shop in Australia for discount cosmetics, Medicine & Supplements. Everything is half price year round
Ordered online, received a message probably less than half hour later saying order was ready to be collected, went and picked it up, friendly, quick staff, great all round experience
