0 stars. Rude and arrogant pharmacist. The shop assistants were helpful but the waiting times are just ridiculous... came back twice to collect one single prescription for anti-biotics for my sick child, more than 30 minutes wait!! No apology given! Other pharmacies will do the same script in a few minutes at the same price. Never coming back again for scripts!

Chemist warehouse, same as the rest. Remove the signs about the rear entry now the entrance is closed. Pain in the butt walking around after trying to go in rear entrance.

Love how instead of asking if you need help, staff here follow you as if you are doing something wrong. Especially the older blonde woman who wears heavy black eyeliner - she followed me around staring at me with a blank face until I completed selecting my items, then when I lined up to pay she bitched to the customer infront of me about how the store manager doesnt allow them to use heating while another lady put the customets stuff thru, then walks off when i come to the counter. My first full time job was at a chemist warehouse and we were trained much better than this. This is not the first time this has happened to me in the Frankston store and I now will not be returning to be treated like a common bloody criminal.

It's more of a hit and miss, depends on who is serving you. What I mean by that is because when it's a "hit" the employees are very friendly, professional and more on target then Hawkeye. However when it's a "miss", it like pretty like their own of circles of Dante's purgatory. - rude staff members - employees literally don't know anything - unhelpful: literally if you ask them to find you something, they'll will be like "I don't know" instead of looking it up on the computer. - worst of of they become extremely unprofessional, like making fun of a customer. Lately it's been a hit mostly. But I believe it's because a new employee who has joined them. Now the place feels more pleasant place to shop. Soo good on her.
