Purchased La vie est Belle perfume from Chemist Warehouse Fountain Gate Shopping Centre- when I opened the box I noticed that the perfume did not smell the same as it should nor look as it should. I double check the perfume with another store. The one purchased from Chemist Warehouse did not seem to be an original. I tried to get a refund was refused it even though it is my right under Australia Consumer Law section 54. Disappointed with their customer service and management.
Terrible Customer Service - Unacceptable ExperiencennI am beyond frustrated with the customer service I received at this pharmacy. I left my script at the counter and was told by the staff member that they would message me in 15 minutes when it was ready. After waiting for the promised time, I went back only to find the door locked and the pharmacy closed. My husband saw the staff locking up behind the door, so he asked two nurses one male, one female for help, explaining that we were still waiting for the message to pick up the medication for our child.nnTo our shock, the nurses casually told him to come back the next day to collect the medication. How ridiculous! If they couldn't fulfill the order or weren't able to help us, they should have been honest from the start instead of giving us false hope. We were left with no consideration for our child's needs and were told to just wait until tomorrow. Meanwhile, other customers were coming in to collect their scripts, and the pharmacy was still closed to us.nnFinally, after further insistence, they handed over the script. But this entire experience was completely unacceptable and left us deeply disappointed. It’s hard to understand how a business could treat customers like this, especially when it involves the well-being of a child. Very poor service, and I would not recommend this place to anyone
Had such a lovely experience. My doctor gave me the wrong script. Rather than send me away, the pharmacist offered to call my doctor for me and have the correct script sent through. I was able to get my medication without leaving again.nAisles are much roomier than other Chemist Warehouses and they seem to have more stock than other stores as well.nWanted to give 5 stars but parking is a nightmare here when it's busy. Still my preferred chemist though.
Got my prescription submitted, and then after waiting for 30 minutes, they told me they ran out. Go somewhere else for your prescriptions. If you're unwell, if you just want to get the medication and go home as swiftly as possible
I had purchased 2 hair colours only 5 weeks ago. Couldn't swap one hair color for another one as it was more than 7 days from purchase. I only shop once a month & didn't realise. What a joke!. Hair colour box does not have best before or expiry date on it.. so what's the problem Manager at Chemist Warehouse, Princess Highway??????? You've lost my future business you stupid fool. All over $9.99 hair color that I needed to swap.
