I will definitely NOT be returning to this Chemist. The service I received was appalling. I came on Wednesday 19th February at around 3pm and was really disgusted by the way the cashier treated myself and the person I was with. As I was checking out, I placed my items on the counter and asked if it was alright if I used a Chemist Warehouse gift card. The lady rolled her eyes, aggressively smashed my items through the scanner and started huffing and puffing. When she had finished scanning, she told me 3 different totals and got increasingly angry as I asked which one was the correct total, with this she aggressively smashed on her keyboard to work out the price, abruptly told me to wait, continued to huff and puff with impatience and rolled her eyes.nSomeone like this should NOT be working in customer service, whether having a rough day or not.
I'm very unhappy with this pharmacy's handling of my prescription.nnI initially thought I'd lost my physical copy so I rang up the pharmacy and was told by a staff member that it wasn't saved on file.nnAfter searching everywhere at home, I called again and learned by another pharmacist that it was actually saved on their system.nnThis miscommunication caused unnecessary stress and frustration for me and my practitioner.nnI do not recommend this store and will be switching to a more reliable pharmacy, even if it costs more.
Suraj that claims to be pharmacist is arrogant and extremely rude. My family have been customers of the Rowville store since it opened. We have had all our scripts kept on file and get notifications to have the medications dispensed for a long time.nIt so happened that the Vet requested I get canestan so they could inject my dog for an infection and said to get it from behind the counter of the chemist. I was being served by a lady, when Suraj buttered in and told the lady he would handle this. He would not provide the cream cause I was too honest to say it was for my dog. He wanted a script from the Vet. I rang the vet whilst still at the pharmacy and they were surprised. I had to leave go to the vet to get a script and go back to the pharmacy. When I returned with the script I handed it to him and asked for my cream. He said I would need to wait for it to be dispensed. At this stage there were like 10-15 people already waiting and the Vet was expecting me to return promptly so they can inject the dog. Because I got extremely aggravated he said: ‘I will not dispense the medication to you and handed the script back and said to go to another chemist to get it! This set me off!! The arrogance, his attitude!!! I asked for my scripts to be given as I would no longer get my meds from this store! He did not hesitate at all. Was totally disgusted by his lack of customer service and respect to the customer that is keeping him in that position! Funny thing though, I went to another chemist without a script and lied to get the same thing. It did not pay to be honest to say it was for me pet. Also, I have had meds dispensed without prescriptions and owe this store scripts, they will not get them from now!!’nWill only return back to this store if Surajj is asked to leave. have not had any response from Mina the store owner nor customer support head office, no acknowledgment whatsoever, they do not care
I have been a long-time customer of this pharmacy and I buy all my family's medication and extras since it was open.nnRecently, I bought a pharmacist only medication and it was two sachets pack and I needed three sachets pack The pharmacist the tall guy was so rude about it. I couldn't get a refund he said without a receipt. finally, after very unpleasant discussion with him he agreed to give a refund. At the end I ended up with 5 sachets and no refund.nnThey seem to be very busy all the time, and do not care much about customers. They got such a lot of business, and the things are not cheap any more too.nnThis is not my first experience with this person who has no manners or how to deal with customers. They lost me forever.. I will pay extra at other pharmacies if I have to.
Incredible staff and great service. Ahmed was very nice and was very knowledgeable.nAbbz was incredible in making sure we got what we needed when we didn’t even know what we needed.
