I was impressed by the efficiency, attentiveness, understanding, and helpfulness of a young girl I encountered last week, whose name I believe was Ella or Emma. Despite being very busy with her tasks, she was incredibly kind. When I asked for a specific makeup product, she personally guided me to it, provided detailed explanations, and patiently answered all my questions. She even took the time to suggest alternative products that might better meet my needs. Her service was exceptional, and she made sure I didn't feel rushed during the purchasing process. I am definitely coming back to this store and don’t understand the bad reviews.
I had an extremely disappointing experience at this chemist. After picking up my sick child from school and getting medication, my 7-year-old started vomiting while we were at the counter. I asked urgently for a vomit cup but was only given tissues, which were inadequate for the situation.nnDespite the distress, no staff members offered any help or even checked if my child was okay. Instead, they continued to serve other customers. I ended up having to clean up the mess myself while trying to care for my child, which is unacceptable. In a place that deals with health and emergencies, I expected more compassion and assistance. The lack of concern and support was truly disheartening.nnI hope this review encourages better practices and sensitivity in the future.
Doesn't matter what time you go, the check out is unmanned and you have to ding a bell to get service. Just had two girls stocking shelves right next to the check outs and they refused to acknowledge me waiting until I dinged their little bell. Always happens
Great chemistry hard to park at is the only downfall as it is across the road from school and only a couple of parks out front
I bought an electrical diffuser from this store and then I realised it was an oil based diffuser that doesn't take water. The staff was really unhelpful and didn't let me return or exchange the product because it was after 7 days, despite it not having been used at all. Store policy is clearly set up with no regard for customers needs, I'll be looking to shop elsewhere in the future.
