The staff members at Erina Fair Chemist Warehouse are fantastic. The pharmacist's have always taken their customer service to the next level going out of their way to ensure my sons prescriptions are available, even when there are global shortages. This can be a busy pharmacy and I see they barely get a pause between customers. So I want to commend them for their hard work and say this does not go unnoticed and is very much appreciated.
I picked up my scripts this week and got the most polite, helpful and knowledgeable customer service. The staff always go above and beyond to help me. This is the reason I only shop at this Pharmacy. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. Keep up the great work team.
Poor customer service.nWent to Chemist warehouse Erina to buy a perfume. Asked one of the staff to help get the testers from the locked cabinet. She was not very interested on attending us as she was barely talking about the products Maybe she didn’t know about them or thats what I assumed at first. We were still expecting if she would recommend anything but she did not. So we were just looking around the cabinet to select the perfume without any recommendations from her. I was asking for a tester for one of the perfumes but she walked to another customer and didn’t even say anything before she excused herself while we were waiting. Completely ignored us and started showing samples to other customer. Also had been giving all these recommendations to them about which perfumes to get and all. I could not even comprehend what was going on. It felt like we were being ignored while she actively helped others, which left me puzzled and wondering if this was due to personal reasons or an act of racism
Great range and prices for all Chemist lines and cosmetics.nYou need to put prescriptions in early before shopping as waiting times have been up to an hour recently.nNice staff too.
Terrible experience today, lost our script waited over 1 hour, asked had if they lost the script... oh no but yes. Found it then overcharged at the checkout. So then needed a refund. Total stuff up. Best go to Gosford much more organised.
