The pharmacist were extremely professional, polite and offered incredible service. I was in there on the 22nd of October 2025 and there were only two pharmacists on duty . Despite having many customers to assist, their willingness to help was exceptional. It was close to closing time so I never got the chance to get their name to sing their praises on here but I just wanted to leave a review to express my appreciation for their hard work. Thank you
Apologies for the low rating. I went to ask a worker of there was anything to clean the glasses as they were dirty. I was told nothing to clean them, which I find lies, a wipe or anything. I said I'm a cancer paitent and they're pretty filthy. No acknowledgement at all and turned around to the other worker to hand some wipes. Where's customer service an empathy gone. I have to raise a complaint, because this isn't right.

Staff are helpful, friendly, and quick to assist whenever you need advice. The checkout process is usually smooth, and online click & collect is also a great option. Parking is available and makes it easy to visit anytime. Overall, an excellent store that combines affordability with great service. Highly recommended!
Very unsetisfy.. I got 4 perfume and one formula for baby and they charge me extra Very Unprofessional staff and they haven't gave proper ans.. so not recommended this place
I had a very disappointing and concerning experience at Chemist Warehouse Epping. My doctor prescribed me 3 packs of doxycycline 7 tablets each. The pharmacy staff only gave me 1 pack but charged me for all 3. This is a serious error — both in dispensing and billing.nnMedication mistakes are not only frustrating but also potentially dangerous. Patients trust pharmacists to get prescriptions right, and in this case the basic responsibility was not met. On top of that, I was significantly overcharged.nnI expect better care and professionalism from a pharmacy. Please be extra careful when you shop here and always double-check your medication and receipt.
