It's good, but the only real extension to it is that the fragrance departmentnIt is is almost bigger than the rest of the store.
The new location for Chemist Warehouse in Epping is such a great addition to the area! The store is bright, spacious, and really well set out. The beauty and fragrance section is massive – honestly, you could get lost in there for hours.nStaff are super friendly and efficient, and the whole place just makes shopping easy. Definitely my new go-to spot!
This use to be my go to chemist now I would say to avoid it! Tried contacting head office - took a week to receive a response, only to be told that “these are the rules,” without any acknowledgment of how I was treated in store. After I explained how I was spoken to as if I’m foolish I was told it would be passed onto the store owner and manager and no sign of any acknowledgment.nnThis is a chemist — customers come in with medical concerns and vulnerabilities, and a basic level of empathy and professionalism should be expected. I have never left a store crying due to the rudeness and bullying behaviour I experienced.
The pharmacist were extremely professional, polite and offered incredible service. I was in there on the 22nd of October 2025 and there were only two pharmacists on duty . Despite having many customers to assist, their willingness to help was exceptional. It was close to closing time so I never got the chance to get their name to sing their praises on here but I just wanted to leave a review to express my appreciation for their hard work. Thank you
Chemist Warehouse Epping – Very poor service and untrained staffnnExtremely disappointed with the service at Chemist Warehouse Epping. The staff appeared completely untrained — some looked like teenagers with no basic product knowledge or professionalism.nnI went in to purchase eye drops that were prescribed by my doctor. One staff member bluntly told me the medicine was “discontinued.” When I asked her to please check availability at another Chemist Warehouse store, she confidently said it had been discontinued “from ages ago” and refused to check further.nnShockingly, I went to another Chemist Warehouse immediately after, and they had the exact same medicine in stock and sold it to me without any issue.nnThis shows a serious lack of training, poor attitude, and misinformation given to customers. Medicines are not something staff should guess about. Completely unacceptable service — I would not recommend this store to anyone.
