Chemist Warehouse Epping is a fantastic pharmacy! They consistently offer great deals and a wide range of products. The staff are always friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service. I particularly appreciate the knowledge of their pharmacists and the courtesy of their cash counter staff. Highly recommended!
On December 16th at approximately 8:45 PM, I visited the Chemist Warehouse Pharmacy, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. I informed the pharmacist that my wife's medication was ready for collection, as confirmed by a text message we received. Despite this, I had to wait at the counter for over 20 minutes, while others who arrived after me were able to collect their medications without any delays. This level of service is completely unacceptable.nnI spoke with a lady at the medicine dispatch counter, who initially told me that my medication was on its way. However, when I followed up, she checked with the pharmacist and discovered that the medication was actually sitting ready on the shelf. It was clear that the pharmacist did not communicate with the other staff members that I'm was there and she need to dispatch the medication.nThis lack of professionalism and communication among staff is concerning and must be addressed. I should not have had to waste 20 minutes on a straightforward process. Improvements are necessary to prevent this from happening to other customers in the future.

I had a bad experience at the pharmacy section of this chemist shop. The pharmacy staff were rude, which made me uncomfortable, so I went to another pharmacy. However, the front staff were polite, and I appreciate their good behavior.
