We were the only customers waiting, but the staff were too busy chatting with each other, which delayed the processing of our prescription.nThey didn’t respond to questions and just pointed with their fingers.nTheir conversation about someone bringing an umbrella today seemed more important than helping customers.
Waited 80mins to get prescription with two kids, was told 30mins and I said okay walked around come back after 30mins they said two more before me. Compromise and after 55mins they finally treat your case however more unfortunately the doctor measure wrong the toddler weight and they asked something it shouldn’t ask the patient, wasted completely 80mins finally got your medicine for your toddler. If any parking fine it was definitely on CWH.
I went to Chemist Warehouse looking for a present for my girlfriend because she loves skin care and fragrances. I was impressed by the presentation and wide range of choices they had. The staff were very knowledgeable with their recommendations and are very friendly. I’ll definitely be back
I asked the staff where is the saline nose spray for baby. The curly long hair Asian staff just slightly move her move to show me where is it without a word or smile. She should stay at home if she doesn’t wanna work. Horrible customer service. No wonder the rating is low
waited 30mins+ for a prescription then was told by the staff that they needed to call the doctor to confirm this prescription and since the doctor didn’t pick up the call they won’t give us the medication. I believe a prescription paper with doctors signature is there for a reason: Got my prescription paper back and got my medication the pharmacist next door within 5 mins!! highly recommended
