I cannot recommend this pharmacy enough! The staff here are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to assist with any questions or concerns. The service is prompt, and they always have everything I need in stock. Plus, their prices are competitive, making it a one-stop-shop for all my pharmaceutical needs. I trust their expertise and appreciate the care they provide to their customers. Hands down, the best pharmacy in town!
Quite big chemist, and its super convenient for finding vitamin, goat and hand soap, and also medicine.
I went to buy cough syrup and it was behind the counter she asked my symptoms I told her she suggested me other cough syrup I said I know but this cough syrup works on me please I need that she said no I can't give u I asked her its a non prescription syrup she agreed but refuse to give me horrible lady she thinks she is more that a doctor I said it's over the counter and anybody can buy it she is saying any over counter medicine which goes out in her name and she thinks it's not safe for me I asked why do u think its not safe its fda approved for over the counter and who r u to decide are u a doctor or have u examined me and how can u refuse a over the counter medicine she said she can it was late in the night and I needed a cough syrup which suits me but she refused me I think she is mad or thinks she is authority I don't know what she thinks of her self I think if pharmacy's start refusing over the counter drugs then God save this country I think her licence should be suspend I don't understand how she got her licence.nWorst pharmacy's support other local pharmacy's in the area and stop buying from them they don't know how to behave with customers.
I would like to give 1 star even less if I could.nnThe Click & collect service is terrible.nI arrived the store to collect my order, the staff lady at front door asked me to pick the medicine by myself in aisle 3 at the very end shelf; then I had to hand the medicine to the counter and waited for a while to get my medicine because they can not finalize my order due to the internet was not working well. So the staff even asked me to make payment again if I was in hurry, or I have to wait there till internet works again.nWhat a joke, Click & Collect.nI'd rather go and buy in store, even easier and quicker then online.
I came in a few weeks ago and was treated extremely well by a young door greeter named george. with such a large store and having never been i asked george as to where the eyes drops were, to which he kindly guided me there. whilst their i needed some recommendations on some products for an itchy red eye and I was met with advice by a younger gentleman with curly hair and earrings whom offered suggestions on which products were best for my situation. although the line to wait was a bit longer then expected the staff met me with extreme profession and care. would highly recommend for anyone in the area.
