I came into Chemist Warehouse Eastwood today, and asked for a young woman’s name who served me Monday morning. Mary Hanna is an excellent part of this company, she went above and beyond to help me find items I struggled to find myself I appreciate her help dearly.nnShe is knowledgable and has exceptional customer service. She is very friendly and even when she was serving a long queue she got it done in a timley and respectful manner. She assisted all my needs in finding my vitamins, even when they weren’t on the shelf.nnThank you Mary Great customer service I would definitely the recommend eastwood lovely staff!!
Useless pharmacy staff. Told me to wait 10 minutes to dispense medication. I went to find something else I needed from within the store. Took less than 2 minutes. In that time my medication was dispensed - they did not come to the counter again to call me whilst these two female staff just had a pleasant chat completely oblivious to anyone in the waiting area for 20 minutes.
I had a very disappointing experience at the pharmacy today. The staff member - was a a tall young Asian boy who was serving my medication was dismissive, rude, and unprofessional, which left me feeling disrespected as a customer. He ignored my request, served another customer first, and took a long time to hand me my medication. When I asked whether he would be giving me my medication, he responded abruptly and only then came back to assist me. For such a simple request, the level of service was unacceptable.nnI hope HR will take this feedback seriously and consider retraining or rehiring staff where necessary. Customers who come in sick or dealing with health issues deserve to be treated with care, patience, and basic respect. In situations like this, professionalism matters even more, and the current level of service was not acceptable.
The girl manager is so rude and dismissive, she did not even try understand my situation. I now understand why almost all the staff here so rude. Never smile or eye contact. Make you feel like not human.
Very busy store. Staff were easy to talk to and knew where all of the products were. One of the products that we required was out of stock and the staff member gave us a great alternative
