I'm housebound with extremely bad sunburn and huge blisters developing.I had a telehealth prescription for antibiotics and told what else I needed.I rang the pharmacy and discussed what I needed ie prescription filled,nPanamax,two fabric bandages to wrap around my feet and 4 little stretch clips for the bandages.What came after paying for was not what I ordered.I did get paraffin gauze dressings but even on the back of the box it says hold in place with a tape or BANDAGE!.I rang back and got an argument that I didn't ask for the bandages and stretch clips..Hey bud we discussed if I could wrap my feet with them!nSome staff there are fantastic but in this case I am still left incapacitated.
Eric Lee one of the pharmacists at Earlwood CWH, is an absolute legend. Love ya buddy!nWent out of his way to make sure a man was set for to his wedding day. Really appreciate it
Customer service was not helpful at all in the pharmacy section and was quite rude chemist warehouse in Campsie is a lot more friendly and are very helpful I definitely will not be shopping there again. Just go down to Campsie five minutes extra for better service is
The store is clean and have a variety of stock . There were not many staff around to ask for assistance , may be because we came in the last hour they opened .
Worst customer service on multiple occasions, regarding attitude, service and empathy.nnI have been questioned impolitely and with judgement numerous times about my prescription which is a controlled substance and been made feel bad that I am purchasing it.nnOnce, my specialist had asked me to do blood tests and requested for me to take the medication prior. I went to get it a day earlier, the pharmacist refused to give it and would not listen to the reason of my request. I had to explain my medical situation multiple times and the reason for asking for it earlier, only to be told to go back tomorrow morning.nnOn another occasion, my medication was out of stock. The pharmacist had my script with repeats on file. I requested to have it back so I can go to a different chemist that might have my medication in stock. The pharmacist refused to give it back and I was told to go back to my specialist to get a new script so I can use it to go to a different chemist. I explained that the specialist will not be able to see me asap but they were indifferent and I was quickly dismissed.nnAlso, I have been rudely asked to explain my condition regarding other medication in order to get it - I should not have to explain of what I suffer from especially in front of all the other customers.nnI have decided to not go there anymore. Happy to pay extra at another chemist - they listen, understand and go out of their way to call me when my medication is in.
