I keep this place in business, I'm sure. But, on the other hand, they do take care of all my dispensing needs and now I've switched to a Webster pack, everything is so much easier to keep track of. The staff are so friendly and helpful too.
I am a regular customer here and in the past I have received good and friendly service, but not today when I asked for assistance from a lass , in her late 20s I might add, she was the rudest person I have ever encountered . Unfortunately I could not see her name tag to report her.
Popped into the impressive architecturally designed building of Chemist Warehouse Eaglehawk, which in reality is more Long Gully. This newish Chemist is bright and welcoming with the all the products identified with signage on wide aisleways and in logical areas of the store. Like with the other Chemist Warehouse stores, this one also is predominately self-serve. Staff are helpful and the register operators greeted us with a smile as we finalised our purchases. The products we were looking for were in stock and on special which is always a bonus. Worth checking out.
My partner need tablets there said there will ring her when there come in ..So no call she rang up and there said there where in but have to unpack them that was 2 hours ago still no call ..Very poor service...Need better Service...
I found the chemist to be very helpful, l could not get certain medications from my chemist and he couldn't help me enough, pleasure to deal with
