If you want to be accused of shop lifting after you changed your mind and put a product back - go to Chemist Warehouse Crows Nest. I completely agree with the other reviews giving this shop such a poor rating. I'm a Type 1 Diabetic and was treated like a junkie when I was in the store yesterday morning and urgently needed to draw up insulin after having spent the previous night with a broken insulin pump. Absolutely disgraceful treatment by the pharmacist in charge who refused to let me sit out the back quickly and do so. I then sat in the customer seating area and started to draw up my insulin before he yelled at me to stop. Every moment in this kind of situation matters, this is negligence which could have led to a medical emergency and shows a clear lack of understanding regarding the seriousness of certain medical conditions.

Staff need further training on protocols. Was asked to return home to obtain Click and Collect order no. To collect online order despite picking up another order the week before without needing order no. ID is sufficient. Very poor customer experience.

Generally have a good experience here. The prices are a lot lower than other pharmacies so it’s no surprise you have to wait a while sometimes. But they will text you when ready if you decide to go have a coffee.  Special shoutout to Joshua I think who seems to remember who I am and is helpful with my more difficult prescriptions.

I visited this pharmacy today for a standard, over-the-counter item: Hydrozole cream. The pharmacist's approach was completely unacceptable. Instead of a quick check, I was subjected to a barrage of highly intrusive questions about the nature of my condition, all while standing at the main counter in front of a line of other customers.nWhen I showed clear discomfort, the pharmacist made no effort to move the discussion to a more private setting. I felt humiliated and exposed. I understand the need for due diligence, but there is absolutely no excuse for discussing sensitive medical details so loudly and publicly. The lack of discretion and professional courtesy was appalling. I left feeling embarrassed and will be taking my business to a pharmacy that respects patient privacy.
