I usually buy my medicines at this pharmacy. This evening, 15/10/24, I arrived at the prescription counter at exactly 8:50 pm, 10 minutes before the pharmacy closed, and the pharmacist didn't want to take my prescription. This is a shame. The pharmacy was still open and he refused to serve me because it was almost 9 pm. I felt completely disrespected by this professional's disregard. I think they should have more respect for customers. If the pharmacy is open, they are obliged to serve the customer. If they don't want to work 10 minutes before the pharmacy closes, close the doors and don't disrespect the customers.
Pharmacist indifferent, unhelpful, rude. Sick people may need some kind words, help, simple advice. He didn't even have the courtesy to say Thank you, customer service? NONE from this guy, would a smile hurt? Not just me, ALL customers getting their prescriptions received the same poor attitude. Only gave 1star as I can't post without. Girl on checkout very pleasant so the star is for her.nnJust read a litany of poor reviews. What are the store manager, chemist warehouse owners or board going to do about this issue? So far it seems IGNORE IT.nDon't judge ALL Chemist warehouse branches like this one. The others I've dealt with were great. It is just the unprofessional pharmacists here.nI e mailed customer complaints - NOTHING BACK FROM THEM
Service is average to good. Place is cramped and pokey. Other chemists feel better to shop in, but for convenience it's fine
Really well stocked Chemist. Lots of discounted products cheaper than the bigger supermarket chains. Prescription medicines well priced and cheaper than anywhere else.nnThey do a variety of vaccinations here including the FluVax. I saved about $40 doing it here as Dr will charge me for a consult as well as the vaccine. Will be arranging them every year with these guys now.nnFriendly service and the nurse adminstering the flu shot was exceptional. Very friendly and efficient.
The pharmacist is very rude and would not civilly explain why he refused to fill a repeat. Asked me to go to the consultation room to talk, which was not appropriate. He kept referring me to PBS policy. When asked to see that policy he said to look it up myself and that I was being disrespectful to him for questioning his position. I called the PBS and there is no policy for the particular script I wanted filled as it is not on the PBS!! Will never go there again, and am not surprised by the other posts about this pharmacist
