Overall experience only 3 star which is unfortunate because majority of the staff are lovely but the lady on the front counter very short hair brings the whole store down.nWhy would you put someone so rude and unfriendly on a front counter of a business??????nThat is the face of your business and sometimes the only experience a customer may have.nWill avoid shopping there from now on as this review is not based on a single experience!
The pharmacists are really on top of things with ordering medication. If they say they will call you, they are totally reliable. The staff is professional and friendly. I love their range of products too. I think they deserve 5 stars
Great customer service, when I had issues with my script the ladies happily called through to another Chemist warehouse store and got me sorted in no time.nMuch appreciated.
Because of mobility issues, I was unable to walk my script to the pharmacist. Shout out to Bec who collected the script from my car and then bought some bread for me at the bakery next door. Such service!
Was being watched on cameras and sprayed a tester perfume and was made to pay $10 for itnVery unhappy this is discrimination against young people.
