Extremely understaffed. Whatever time of the day it is, there's always a long queue of customers and usually only ONE staff member at checkout! The makeup supplies have not been replenished since January! Pharmacists are very helpful, thats the only positive.

Always very busy. Great stock selection.  Great prices. Shop too small they need new premises. Staff are great.

I am a known regular customer that comes in and shops at this location. Every time I enter in the store Not only am I greeted but always greeted with a smile by your associate Anita. She is so wonderful, and very knowledgeable about store layout and products store carries. Anita is always willing to help me every time. I stopped going to other associates because, they don’t go above and beyond. Just shrug their shoulders and walk away.

I had the best experience at Chemist Warehouse thanks to Henri! He went above and beyond to help me understand the vitamins I was looking at, explaining everything clearly and patiently. Such a lovely guy who genuinely cares about customers. Highly recommend asking for Henri if you need help!
