Some of the staff members were really lovely and helpful, however two of the girls who were at the front counter were so rude. I asked if I could get some help and while they were helping me, they kept such a sour look on their faces and I almost felt bad for making them do their job. I didn’t see a single smile from either of them, they just looked so miserable and like the last thing they wanted to do was talk to me. I shouldn’t be feeling like i’m not wanted in a store and that’s exactly how I felt.

Last Wednesday night I went into Coolangatta chemist warehouse to buy a few things for me and my kids and when heading towards the checkout I immediately said hello and was greeted with a blank stare. This tall young lady with brown hair served me and was quite rude ignoring all my efforts to make small talk and stared me up and down as I was leaving the store. I will not be coming back.

Took over two weeks to get notification from the store that they can only deliver a portion of my order. When I called the female staff member that was responsible for doing the orders was quite rude and unhelpful. Mind you I only live less than 20 minutes away from the Coolangatta store. Absolutely ridiculous that it took this long to receive an online order! Never again! I avoid the Coolangatta store completely now!

Always busy and understaffed, hasn't changed in years. Recently waited half an hour for a basic script item just to be told they didn't have it in stock when I went to pick it up. Suggest they put more focus on actually stocking pharmaceuticals than the fragrances and cosmetics that take up a quarter of the shop. And hire some more staff!
