I gave a 5-star review a while ago, but unfortunately my current experience has been rather disappointing. I ordered both supplements and an e-script for pickup. Supplements were confirmed ready, script was confirmed received but not confirmed available or ready. I had to call a few days later, and was passed to 3 different people before someone found it.  I asked why it hadn’t been processed, the person said she hadn’t been on duty the last couple of days, she said she had no idea what happened, and was keen to end the call. nnI placed a click and collect order, a few items were unavailable so I called to ask when they might come in. The staff member Sabrina could not have been more helpful, not only did she explain about their product deliveries but offered to put aside a few items in the next few days’ deliveries for me as they were on special so that I didn’t miss out on the lower prices. She called me back the following day to confirm that they had come in. Great service - efficient, friendly, and very helpful.  Thank you!

Average, the shelves are very narrow so hard to navigate when it's slightly busy. Small shop means less range. A lot of stuff you can buy at the supermarket is kept behind the counter so you need to line up for it. Often a line at check out. Could use more staff for busy times.

Arrived at 4:50pm to drop in 3 scripts. Waited over 30 minutes and then was told it was ready, went to counter and only 1 script was ready. I then had to wait another 20 minutes for the rest of my script as I went to the back of the line. I was the first person to drop off and the last to pick up, everyone got served before me. I arrived during the day and left at night time. I was in the chemist for almost one hour as there’s only one pharmacist filling scripts. One person on front end so the line always backs up into the make up section and they’re always calling for help. Two days before we were 5th in line out of 16 with one person serving, when he finished serving the customer, he logged out and walked away and told everyone waiting in line someone will serve them soon. We then ALL had to wait for someone to come from out the back to come to the front to serve.nnPlease hire more staff and if you’re having trouble, considering raising your wages. Especially for pharmacists. The reputation of this store is going down hill fast. So many people I know would rather travel up the coast to the next nearest store because Coolangatta has gotten so miserable, unreliable, chaotic and you have to literally put aside 1 hour just to pick up your scripts. Not worth it busting anymore even for the discounts.

Confirmed over phone before visiting store about the hepatitis B injection. They told me it's available so you can come and grab it. When i get there within 5 minutes after my call then they told me about to wait until next day so they could order for me. most worst experience ever had.

Needed help choosing a product. Lily could not have been more helpful. I then told her I had a click and collect to pick up and she also helped me with that and served me quickly. Wonderful customer service. Thank you CW
