After many under par experiences here, my last visit was very good. The prices are what have kept me going here.nLast visit, all requested prescriptions were correctly provided, And within the 15 minutes promised. I'm very keen to continue the positive service & interaction begun last visit.
It’s my go to place for medicines and toiletries. Got mine and my daughter’s flu shot done today. The person who did vaccination was very professional and friendly. The products are labeled and have good discounts. I sometimes opt for click and collect too. The staff is helpful in looking for your desired products.
“Security” guard who is just an average worker in a cute little teal jacket acts above his wage, tries to protect the store with all his precious might by following me and my partner down every single isle.nHe ended up coming across being straight up creepy, or maybe he was upset because he had to mop up some vomit.nThe hand stitched word “security” doesn’t actually make you a billy big balls.
I wish I can give 0 star but unfortunately I can't. I went to get my prescribed drug from this store as this was the only store open on a public Holiday at that time around 930pm. The pharmacist appeared as a nice person and asked me if I want the generic or branded drug. After I handed the prescription, I waited for 25minutes and then I kept showing him my face to remind him to give me the medication. Finally he called my name and told me that my script has expired so he can't give me the drug. I felt so angry that why he didn't tell me in the first place and made me wait 25mins for no reasons. Eventually I got the new script and asked him to double check the expiry before asking me to wait..when I mentioned this to him to check, he got angry and said I gave him the expired script which was my fault. I really don't know if he understands or not that a common man doesn't know much about the scripts and rules around it. He was really a rude pharmacist. No wonder this CW has only 3 stars from nearly 350 reviews. I hope they get rid of such pharmacist who blames customers for bringing expiry scripts. Horrible experience.
Normally the service is great but today I got a lady who doesn't know the stock and it's location. I found it eventually. Then I asked a staff member where the ....I'm on my break ....then she walks off.nAt least the lady taking my money had a smile on her face.
