You lost another customer, due to poor service! Old time customer, always loial to a former employer due to Brett one of the owners kindness. Recently bought for the first time a very expensive medication, was told that I was supposed to be provided with needles but the pharmacist on duty refused and asked me to purchase them. If this was the policy, why the advice is different?

There is only one product I buy Chemist Warehouse because other places don't have it. I usually order it online to collect. BIG MISTAKE once you do that your Youtube ad feed will be filled with Chemist Warehouse ads. You can't block them because they make lots of different ones. All of them for supplements and other BS products.nnIf you must buy from Chemist Warehouse, use incognito mode or don't order online.

Not the best location for shopping as lots traffic and long wait for traffic light on the main road to turn in or out.nIt’s a small size store so not many parking available either.

The Pharmacy staff are generally very helpful and polite, but the retail staff here need some lessons in customer service. I've asked on two separate incidents to price beat an item seen cheaper at Priceline, and both times I've been treated so rudely. It's their store policy and yet they get all haughty when asked to follow it. The manager of the place today refused to price beat and only matched Priceline's price, going against their own policy i.e. to price match and give 10% off the difference. Don't ever come here if you're looking to price beat or get good deals. Better off going to another branch or Priceline!
