Every time I visit this store, a middle-aged security makes me feel uncomfortable. I constantly feel watched, no matter where I go. Shopping shouldn’t be this stressful! Really unpleasant experience—hope something is done about it.
Can't stand the two Asian male pharmacists. Both are rude & condescending. The juniors are incompetent! Lie to your face when they don't know the answer to a question. Just ask the pharmacist if you don't know! Incredibly frustrating because simple scripts also take forever to be filled 15mins+.nnPrice matches also take 15mins even when you're the only customer because they need a senior staff or the pharmacist to approve. Such a blight on the strip. I'll be going to Terry White or Charman Rd Pharmacy from now on.
The pharmacist here is terrible, I asked for some over the counter medication which was unavailable and was told they didn’t have it and wouldn’t order it in. No solution offered. My husband went back the next day and the same man happily ordered it for him…nnAgain yesterday, was trying to find some over the counter medication which was supposedly unavailable - was told there is nothing like this here then went home and found the exact product I was looking for online and available in store….
I have been coming to this chemist for almost 5 years!nThe staff, especially Lisa and Romi are brilliant and exceptional!nHowever, THE PHARMASIT the owner, does not take the time to speak with you on the phone. When you do, you feel rushed and not listen too. Hire more staff to take the time and care to speak with your long time customers.nHIRE more STAFF!nI've been getting fed up over the past months, as the service from the pharmacists are detoraring, not Romi.nRomi is exceptional nChanging pharmacy's unfortunately
It is a very bad customer service here. I came down here many times. The staff do not smile. When I asked for help finding something, the staff told me to look at the name tag and find it myself. Excuse me. If I could find it myself, I wouldn't have asked for help.
