Staff is friendly but not the manager , and the system , we bought some product but we just want to exchange same product but longest expire date … they said it online product, nothing to do with us … okay sure! But the name is the same right ? … okay policy, policy … it nothing to do with policy, it just how nice you are that all.

I was followed into the shop by securitymy land rights T so engaged their help with perfume, stating and pointing to the item, quoting the price and size,ensuring he knew exactly what I wanted. Once home with my purchase I found that it was wrong, it was eau de toilette and not perfume. I cannot return, I was on my way home from Post-op checkup, I am now on heavy pain killers so cannot drive, I cannot talk properly as I had oral surgery , and chemist warehouse has not responded to my emails asking for this to be rectified. I am beyond frustrated, and disgusted by lack of service and racial stereotyping at chemist warehouse.

Big, Spacious and Stocked. Good parking all the times. Friendly staff.

Lovely and helpful staff all around today, even during a very busy time. Special mention to Venus at the prescription desk who was very kind and thoughtful!

I rang to pick my medication. The staff told me she needed to get to the computer. Then they put my call holding 10min. So, I drove to the store to get my medication without hanging off the call. They were not busy only 2-3customers waiting for meds.  4-5 staff were over the medication counter       Until I got to the counter, my call was in holding.  I feel like staff didn’t want customers coming.  So, I collected all my prescriptions.nI am gonna move to local pharmacy not that arrogant chemist chain.
