I am not sure if she European was the store manager or staff but she tried her best to ignore and avoid me as I needed help with a baby product. I had to be in queue just to be able to get some assistance from another female Asian, who was extremely helpful.nnIf you are tired go home, don't like it then get a job elsewhere. Pharmacy customers need help and if you are not someone who would then you are in the wrong profession.
I visited Caroline Springs Pharmacy today and had a wonderful experience. Vanessa, the store manager, was exceptionally helpful and patient. She took the time to explain and assist me in choosing the perfect product for my partner. Vanessa and her team truly embodies excellent customer service and is a fantastic representative for the store. I will certainly return in the future.
My mum came in today after a wisdom tooth extraction and she was in agony. She politely asked a worker where the gauze was and they were so rude to her and told her that they didn’t have that and walked away. Having worked in a chemist for 8 years myself, I met her there and got the gauze from this location which they actually did have along with some pain medication and water for her. I cannot believe that chemist employees would treat someone in pain like this. I hope that a manager or the owner sees this so they can give their employees some proper training to know how to deal with customers.
My experiences at this branch of Chemist Warehouse have been nothing short of pleasnent and professional customer service.nSo much so, that I travel 40 km each way to receive my medications from their dispensary.
I am appalled by the lack of service in this store, no manners whatsoever from the front of the store to the back of the store. And as for the The Asian Women in the Pharmacy she is not Customer Friendly at all. Yelling out customers name like they were outside the storenI have never been to that store before and I will never return to that store again, the owner of this store needs keep a close eye on their business
