Bought a shoulder support item and discovered while wearing it that it moves upwards, chafing under arm and neck area. Something you are NOT able to know until you've put the item on. Brought it back same day but was told policy is worn items cannot be returned as they can't be put back into stock.nI understand that BUT surely, a company as large as Chemist Warehouse has the buying power to get a supplier return refund!nJust not good enough -
The chemist was not at all useful showing me how to use turbuhailer for someone who has never used. Instructions written on it were very simple and not clear. It was very frustrating and I have to go to another chemist.
Isle was blocked by Amy and another colleague and when I was looking at items Amy and the other lady were talking about nothing worker saying ‘she should get over herself’ for leaving on time. When I asked if they were talking about another college and how horrible the work culture was Amy told me to mind my own business. Will be making a complaint to the head office as this is a horrible work culture and no one should be spoken about behind their back at work in front of customers. Disgusting behaviour from Amy especially with the disgusting attitude would hate to work with a woman like that.
The attendant Vicky did a perfect and excellent job, she was very helpful and attentive, she is a very good employee!!! Thanks for your service
