The other day, my mum, my son, and I were at Chemist Warehouse. While I was at the counter paying for some soap, my mum was browsing the perfumes with my son. The checkout lady kept glancing over at my mum repeatedly, as if she was suspicious of her or thought she was stealing—completely unaware that she was with me. Then she even spoke into her headset and called someone over to watch my mum, all while I was right there. It was really disappointing and honestly quite upsetting to witness.
I messed up and went to the wrong branch other Browns Plains one for my vax appointment, but they sorted me out last minute, thanks to a lovely lady from the Chemist Warehouse Customer Support team forgot to ask for her name.nnMassive thanks to Quynh too – super kind and the injection was so light, didn't even flinch. Top-notch service!
If I could give 0 stars I would. Dont bother wasting your time at this store. I’m quite loyal to Chemist Warehouse and will usually always choose them over another pharmacist where I can but after today not likely. Pharmacist argues about putting labels on items for daycare, claiming they dont do it unless the item is from their store. Absolute load of crap. We’ve had it done lots of times at many MANY different Chemist Warehouses. He even went on to try and justify it by saying “what if you put something in it and our names on the label it comes back on us” .. for a bottle of WOOLWORTHS branded baby powder get a grip.
By far the best pharmacy I've been to. Although the wait time for medication can sometimes be over 20 minutes, the staff are very polite and professional and will always do their best to get what you need when you need it. The pharmacists in particular are very knowledgeable and offer great advice for medication and medical equipment. Thanks for all your help, Steven!
This chemist warehouse and the one in Underwood are great. Logan is okay and the one in browns plains the isles too narrow.
