I needed to do a very straightforward return. The workers at the counter informed me that they needed to go and get another person to do the return, understandable, but they left me standing there for almost 15 minutes before coming and telling me that out of every single staff member in that entire Chemist not one of them could do a return and that I had to come back. Unimpressed.
I often visit Chemist Warehouse in Brookvale and always have a great experience. The customer service is top-notch. They handle prescriptions quickly, which saves me a lot of time. The staff are really friendly and make everything easy. Plus, they have a great range of products, so I always find what I need. Highly recommended!
Terrible service from the lady Asian at the pharmacist counter. She refused to give my partner his repeat script token and was extremely rude to him. Since when do pharmacists act like they are above the world? You’re not a doctor, do your job and dispense the medication as written by a legitimate doctor. Not good enough and this is not the first time this pharmacist has done this and I hope she gets fired
Visited the store today after being recommended a product by my doctor and that chemist warehouse would likely be the place to get it - after asking for assistance at the pharmacy the lady was rude, unhelpful and didn't even give me any advice - just told me Isle 7 I should find what I'm looking for - even when I went back for further advice - I received nothing. Very dissapointed and walked out without a purchase.
The majority of the staff are rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. I always leave feeling terrible. I was even called and accused of stealing. They should get their facts straight before making such accusations. Lucky I keep all receipts and I suggest you do the same if you go there.
