Normally get prescriptions here. Today I had no end of problems. Waited 3/4 hr for what they said would be 10 mins pres. Then they tell me that they have to order in one half of the prescription. Saw plenty of other people go through first. Nobody could understand the high pitched heavily accented Asian pharmacist. Suggest you review your staff to be able to speak clearly and work efficiently.
Sorry this was actually meant for Brookvale not Manly: I had THE WORST experience at this Chemist. I am on regular heart medication and they were instructed by the doctor that I needed 3 tablets a day. Dispensed every two weeks. They kept insisting to give me only 20 tablets….nI went back 4 times! They said they would call my doctor to check on the Monday. They didn’t… bear in mind this is heart medication I need. After the 4th time of going back and 4 days off my medication… I had to explain again - No notes on my file. It then took almost an hour to dispense my tablets. I have wasted so much time trying to sort this. I was then told I had already paid for this script by the pharmacist. To have to pay for it again anyway. Beyond pissed and tbh if they are refusing patients who have heart conditions that says in HUGE letters on the warning bottle to not stop abrubtly. They shouldn’t be dispensing anything to anyone. I never complain but this was beyond a joke…Don’t go here for your regular medication…
CW is on next level. And Brookvale store is maintaining that level without any doubt. Store is hitting busy all thing, and absolute fantastic offers they run. Amazing services too. Impressive. To all the employees working there, you guys are superb.
Chemist Warehouse have forgotten they’re in healthcare. Simply don’t care for their customers. I waited an hour for a press they told me would take 10 minutes, then to be told they had to order it in. They make you wait but provide nowhere to sit, and staff couldn’t care less.
Terrible service from the lady Asian at the pharmacist counter. She refused to give my partner his repeat script token and was extremely rude to him. Since when do pharmacists act like they are above the world? You’re not a doctor, do your job and dispense the medication as written by a legitimate doctor. Not good enough and this is not the first time this pharmacist has done this and I hope she gets fired
