Sherrie served me today, and when I inquired what I needed, she rolled her eyes and walked away from the counter without saying anything. She then returned with some paperwork I needed to sign, passed the clipboard across the counter to me, and walked away for the second time without saying anything. When I returned with my documentation, she began sounding out phrases to me and repeating sentences EXTREMELY slowly, as if I didn't understand. She kept talking over me and raising her voice. She had an attitude during our entire interaction, was disrespectful, and her tone was horrible. I'd advise you to be wary of her because she has terrible customer service skills.
I have gone to more than 10 different chemist warehouse stores. I went to Acacia Ridge Chemist Warehouse and service is More than EXCELLENT. The guy specifically BRAYDEN with long hairs and Cody helped me a lot with fragrance and other things. They have a next level knowledge about fragrances, so polite, helpful and friendly. I must say if you want excellent customer experience go to this store and ask for these guys.
About as good as a Chemist Warehouse gets. Friendly, effective and fast staff members. Cleaner than the standard Chemist Warehouse. Aisles feel more spacious than typical Chemist Warehouses. Not cheap and nasty looking either, as it is well kept and organised. Conveniently located right by Woolworths. Security Guard often present.
Always has everything I need great prices as well , friendly staff it's always lovely to visit there
