Garry Darren I have no words I only go to Chemist on Northbourne because of Chris Lawler. He has compassion & empathy I’ve time I’ve been in the pharmacy. He has always takes the extra time to assist. If only there where more pharmacists like him I wouldn’t have to drive into the city.  Very professional highly & recommend.

i went there just earlier today, and the cashier lady was a bit rude. bad service today but before it was always good when i go there

They have a good range of products including items I can’t find easily elsewhere. Staff usually very friendly. Prices reasonable but sometimes a bit high.

Fantastic service and advice.

Bad Customer Service. Poor stock. Incorrect suggestions with upselling different brands. Lack of knowledge to staff. Refund/exchange is a mess. Staff change their words. Rip you off!!! Used to be Good till 2018. Hard to find parking. Things changed Badly. So Sad!!! Prefer going to other late night pharmacies in O’connor or Belconnen..

Im giving it 3 stars as 3 seems to be the minority. I've never been to the pharmacy yet .
