I’ve been going here for about as long as they have existed. I no longer really live anywhere near them but I make the trip because I know what I am getting, and I trust the people that work there. I have had some minor issues in the past but they have always been happy to fix things up for me. They also have a good range of cosmetics and other bits and pieces Thanks to all the lovely ladies that look after me so often!

Dispensed incorrect medication yesterday. Given the run around only for me to have to visit them three times to get the correct medication. Previously had a receipt emailed for another medication they emailed with another ladies name, address and Medicare details. Total breech of confidentiality and when I reported they just said just throw that away. Leaves me wondering if my own personal information is secure with them. How about you get pharmacists there that take their jobs seriously.
After being there for a long time I never got a discounted prices on anything unless it was a PBS, from the penton on items and today after finding out I had a enlarged and going in and inquired if they could put that on the system because in the past I have been recommended and sold products off the shelf that are damaging to my heart. Unable to get someone to talk with and explain what I need is hard enough let a loan a recommendation for help, I was told off in front of the whole shop and staff today there are people out there worse off than myself than I should be lucky I have 2 to 10 years, others don't have that. Being 58 and having the problems now on top off being a loan with know support is hared enough, with out being remained my life has know valew.
Always very helpful & understanding staff, have been a customer of Michael's for almost 20years. This is a very comforting place to be when not well & needing assistance of almost any kind. If these staff members can't help directly they will tell you who can. Thankyou Michael.
Best Chemist ever. The staff are so helpful kind and caring. They go out of the way to help you and the owner who I have know for over 15 years is the best person I have come across. He will do anything to help you.
What an amazing price difference. I was stunned when my medication was $17.99 at a regular chemist and hospital pharmacy yesterday - so I decided to shop around. It was $8.75 here. I was also made aware of generic replacement for another prescription that had just come on the market - another $8.00 saving. Friendly, helpful staff. Thank you for great customer service and low prices.
Google showed me open hours till 8pm on Thursday and i am here today thursday at 7:15 and they are closed. Luckily one helpful staff who was about to leave helped me. Thanks to her.
Not so much as a good morning, then staff member just about knocks me over to get past me whilst looking at perfumes, then whilst holding $130 worth of perfume and wanting something for my cold I get ignored for 10 minutes, walked out. I have been coming here for nigh on ten years. Never had such rude terrible service. Lost me.
