Rezan always greets my daughter and I with a welcoming smile and helpful product knowledge.nI find it really helpful that I can order my scripts on the med advisor app, and pay for them in the app. Then I can pick them up easily.
Very poor wanted my 60 day prescription for my diabetes but they said you only get it if you have a concession card which is not true PBS medicines get you 60 days on one script won't be going back.
Terrible Chemist. Made me pay upfront for medication, still waiting for 3 weeks and no medication. No explanation, no care factor whatsoever. What sort of pharmacy does this to there patients?
Had been many times before but now a common basic antibiotic cost 51% more than Chemist Warehouse & Direct Chemist Outlet won't be going back - guess they have to pay for their new robotic prescription dispenser somehow....
Very happy with the service I always receive. Been attending the pharmacy for quite few years now. I have packs made up for my parents making their medication intake so much easier and safer, if anything needs to be adjusted this is completed without hesitation. The bond I have with the staff is fantastic, always there for help when needed and great for a chat...nKeep up the great work guys..
