The pharmacist, Vishal, actually discusses problems and queries with customers individually. Good advice, pleasant service and empathy too. We have never experienced this high quality of service before. We gladly travel from Nirimba to Kawana for all our pharmacy needs.
Blonde haired chemist was really rude and unhelpful. My doctor prescribed me a new medication I hadn’t taken before, but was unsure of availability. Doctor said if unavailable to get chemist to call her to discuss available medications. First this chemist said that the medication was unavailable “everywhere” then said “I can’t call your doctor, you’ll have to” so when I went to call the doctor on my mobile phone, she said “I don’t feel comfortable discussing your medical condition with your doctor”. Walked out without the medication I needed desperately. At no point had I asked her to discuss my medical condition with the doctor. Went to Terry White Brightwater where chemist staff bent over backwards to help me. Two minutes later, I walked out with my prescribed medication, no issues. I know where I will be spending my money in future.
Massive thank you to Jack, he is amazing when it comes to customer service!!! He was so helpful and really knowledgeable and help me out with vitamins and skincare and even gave me some samples to try, he also helped me with makeup and perfume, I didn’t feel pushed or pressed to buy anything, he made me feel welcome and comfortable, it was an absolute pleasure. Thank you so much Jack! See you next time.
Such a wonderful, caring team. I always feel confident of receiving the best advice. The Pharmacist has an incredible understanding of what is best for me. Jack has amazing customer service skills and an extensive knowledge base. I absolutely recommend this Chemist Discount Centre very highly to everyone.
A big shout out to Jack! A most helpful and knowledgeable young man who assisted me today in looking at vitamins and face creams. Jack was extremely friendly and asked lots of questions to find the best solution for myself. Jack offered a range of products, and did not try and push the most expensive brands on me. What a lovely change, I was quite taken back with the service this young man gave and the knowledge he was able to give. Thanks Jack.
