What a great beach discovery. Although we travelled an hour to get there, it was really worth the travel time. Very nice beach with beautiful sunsets. The only dissapointment is that the public bathrooms can do with an upgrade , or the users need to be show more respect to leave the places clean.
I absolutely love,the tranquillity of this part of Chelsea....plenty of car park space....and only a walk away from all your amenities....woolworths ,public toilets,and great coffee...kebabs ,pizza...and restaurants...perfect any time of the year....
Wanted to host an event here.nAnd tried to get in touch with the team.nBeen 3 weeks left multiple voicemails and emails - no response at all.nnFinally got a call from Sarah mentioning she was away sick since past 2.5 weeks understandable - can’t really do anything when someone is sick or on leave. But extremely unprofessional that the replacement would not even pick up calls or reply back.nnDoes not look like anyone is interested in for customers to host events there or even giving proper customer service because god forbid if Sarah is away for some personal reason again no one is going to attend to you.nnEither start contacting them 3 months in advance of your event or run away. Better off finding some other place.nnExtremely unprofessional and no clear communication line.
I've been going to the beach here since 1974, was my go to beach with my kids to and now my grandkids. Parking is great although there's not alot but I've always seemed to be lucky. Beautiful sunsets!
Chelsea Beach in Melbourne is just awesome. The water is so clear, and the sand is perfect. It's the perfect spot to chill out and forget about all your worries. Plus, there are some cool restaurants and cafes nearby, so you can enjoy a whole day at the beach followed by some good eats.
