The glass window to the grill gives it a great atmosphere, the staff was soooo friendly and happy and the food was sooo good. Every single dish was on point
Caught up with a friend for dinner. The restaurant is next to a busy road. Good food with great service. Like the ayran drink, it was refreshing. Would recommend this place for a Turkish dining experience.
The dip was beautiful, I also really enjoyed the fried liver dish. However the main shish looks pretty sad. 3 tiny sad pieces of grilled veggies, the mixed skewers, rice and a wedge of lemon for $32? You could have added some green salad or something to make the plate more presentable, it looks worse than what we can get a kebab shop. It was good but nothing to write home about.
First time dining at Sofra the other weekend, very impressed by the provincial menu that had some items I had not heard of or tried as a Türk. The service was top notch, attentive, friendly staff and the food was very tasty and considering it was full house our meals were coming out well timed with no delay. Highly recommend and will be back for sure.
Loved the ambience, being able to see the chefs working hard through the window was a nice touch. The dishes were beautifully plated, very tasty and well balanced. Definitely will be back when we can!nnHighlight - hummus mushroom and turkish pide bread, and all meats cooked well and smokey
