Staff are always friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. They stock everything you need & normally available with fair pricing.
Great service. Items are extremely well packed. All fragile glasses arrived in good condition.
They've got a good range, prices seem reasonable. Always a pleasure to have a browse and the staff never harass you. I like how there is plentiful air-conditioning and the wide aisles.
Where the chefs shop literally. Chefs Hat have everything you want and can think of and even the stuff you never thought of until you’re in the place and you have a light bulb moment. Been coming here for well over 10 years from buying kitchen equipment to knives, plates and everything in between, super helpful and backed with knowledge of the products. Staff are super friendly and always asking if you’re after a hand with anything , it’s ran like a well oiled machine. Easy to shop and buy without feeling pressured like some other places. Even makes it better that it’s right across from my favourite Market, it’s a chefs/foodies dream! See you soon guys
You can buy most of commercial equipments here just a little bit hard parking
Excellent service, great variety and knowledgeable staff. I dealt with Kyrie on the day, she made my experience an easy and enjoyable one. She had all the information I needed on trade discounts and delivery. Will definitely shop here again.
UPDATE Hi, It's illogical to say that a pasta cooker designed to cook pasta in salted water shouldn't be exposed to water and salt. Secondly, your instruction book clearly explains the correct use of salt in the machine which we follow at all times. Additionally, during your on-site visit, you acknowledged in writing that the rust was not caused by our misuse but by the welding material used, which isn't rustproof. However, we never received a response regarding the technical specifications of the materials used. Our warranty was not voided, and the replacement pasta cooker is also rusting. The ACCC found the tone of your representative arrogant, and they never stated that you had fulfilled your obligations. Your continued efforts to block our account and prevent us from purchasing from Chef's hat is not only unprofessional but also an act of bullying. This behaviour is unacceptable and does not reflect the values of a reputable business.' ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- FIRST REVIEW Bought almost $8000 pasta cooker from Chef's hat, on top of the countless electric issues we hadand lots of call out fees it got rusted; we got finally replaced but not even a week after, the tank starts showing sings of rust again. Tried to reach the sales department several times but we got ignored completely.
Always busy, so you know they do good work. Something for everyone & everything for someone. Except pro-sumer coffee machines!
This is a good store, has a lot of range and staff are friendly
This place is really amazing. It has the biggest range of table and kitchen wares including small appliances that I've ever seen in any shop of its kind. You name it, and Chef's Hat will have it! It caters for both small and large hospitality establishments as well as personal shopper needs. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. Note that parking in the area can be difficult especially on market days.
