Their highly personalised service served me well during a difficult move. Would recommend to all. Easily accessible facility and all of my question and queries were answered. I have just returned from living overseas having spent almost 3 years in Europe. During my time away I stored my furniture and personal effects with this company and I couldn't be happier. My stuff was kept safe and secure and the service I received from the staff has been just great. I have no hesitation in recommending these guys.

Terrible experience. Called during the week and booked a storage unit. Went there on Saturday to load it up and first waited one hour to be served. It takes a minimum of 30 minutes to process one customer! Finally got to the queue and was told that my reserved storage unit was given to someone else the previous day. Even though it was their fault they wanted to charge me extra for a larger unit which I did not need! It was only an extra $20 but if they had an ounce of customer service they would recognise they were at fault and a customer should not be penalised. Anyway - happy ending. Went around the corner to Storage King and they were brilliant. Highly recommend them.
