Was told that they would do a general house clean for ~$350, they specifically said they would spend about 4 hours and do the kitchen, bathroom and even clean windows and spot clean the walls for that price. They arrived and quoted $500 for only a proper job of kitchen and bathroom, and vacuuming the floors I accepted because I get it's a bit harder when there's stuff in the house and I expected a perfect job. They were done in 1.5 hours, they hadn't vaccuumed the bedrooms so I said they should do that before they leave, $500 is a lot after all, after a quick run around i said alright. I went to go sit down in the living room and suddenly started seeing the terrible job they did. The cleaners didn't even run the vaccuum under the coffee table, left crumbs in the corner of the kitchen bench, didn't wipe under the dish rack, kitchen spash back wasn't even wiped down, coffee mug rings were left on the kitchen table! And managers response is that i should've held their hand and taken them around to inspect every nook and cranny before letting them leave. I paid for someone to clean so I didn't have to worry about it not so that I could follow them around. Waste of money! Don't even bother.
