Amazing place, good customer service, attentive and great attitude employees. Enjoyed the coffee, hot chocolate and the croissants and there’s a great variety. Great place to drop by when you’re in Hackney will definitely be returning
Unfortunately I got probably the worst customer service in a loooooong time. Yesterday the barista gave me an eye roll when I was ordering hot drinks. Working in a Cafe does not really enquiries a lot - good manners! :D
Really tasty produce but £8.50 is wayyyyyy too much for a small salad without any meat in it.
I go here almost every day sometimes even twice! Best prices and quality on things like cold meats and cheeses, as well as the only place to get a decent baguette! As a Frenchy myself, I can safely say its fantastic food and drink. The staff here is the friendliest in London and the outdoor seating is really special when it's sunny, sitting outside with a coffee and a pastry or a sandwich.
Lovely team & fantastic service. Great selection of cheeses and they recommended which relishes & crackers would work best. Amazing Truffle cheese & also a must try is their on tap red wine. Highly recommend!

This deli has such lovely staff. There's a gorgeous Portuguese guy, he's always wearing a cap and he's the nicest guy I've ever met. The coffee is great too.
A great local place where we can refill our olive oil, wine and eco washing detergent. Also has an amazing array of other products including organic wines, ground coffee, pasta. The customer service is always extremely friendly and helpful.
Small shop with enormous amount of Deli foodstuffs. Fresh organic products and they serve food and coffee. Very helpful staff. They also have a good selection of wine. Trendy atmosphere
The family is in Lower Clapton and with Covid restrictions they couldn't make it home Vancouver, BC for the holidays, I wanted to get them a gift and messaged Rémy at L'Epicerie, not only were they incredibly helpful in organizing gift vouchers, they also put together a lovely hamper. Communication was perfect and I was able to pay for everything online without any hassle. Thank you kindly :
