The courts are always in fantastic condition, providing a great environment for both casual play and serious training. Whether you’re new to the sport or a seasoned player, their social play sessions and coaching programs are designed to suit all skill levels, creating an inclusive atmosphere that encourages both fun and competition.nnI’ve seen a huge improvement in my teenager tennis skills thanks to their structured coaching programs. The coaches are knowledgeable and incredibly supportive, tailoring lessons to individual needs, which has really helped my children develop technique and match play.nnAdditionally, their holiday programs are fantastic! It’s the perfect way to stay active during the break, improve skills and meet new friends. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to hone your skills, these programs offer something for everyone.
I called to ask about the minimum contract for the membership. The receptionist told me, “You can stop the membership anytime, but you’ll need to pay $110 joining fee again if you want to join back, so better to stay for a while?”nI asked “oh can I suspend it while I am overseas?”nnShe sighed and, then just left the phone without saying anything. I could still hear ping-pong sounds in the background, so it was clear she just walked away. I stayed on the line for another two minutes, listening to that ping-pong noise, she did not come back so I hung up. what kind of behaviour is that
Gutted by our experience as a long term customer 11 years who had 2 kids coaching here. The coaches are great! They are only let down by their admin staff, finance and head quarters. Reached out multiple times since Oct 2024 and have submitted for a $300 refund. I’ve been told many times it’s submitted but waiting on Finance team. Even called and left messages to the area manager Anthony to help sort this out. All been ignored and avoided. Shameful. Recently they reached out with a free lesson in an email offer. Only for another staff Kat to say oh he’s been here before so not eligible. Please don’t send an email with the offer and then knock it back it that he’s not eligible. Should be clear in the terms & conditions with the email since he stopped his lessons some time ago.nUpdate: 18/4/25 Anthony has kindly followed up and sorted this out with the finance team and I’ve received my refund.
I often hire a court via an app with ease. Facilities are not quite new, but courts are good. I like the club's atmosphere generated by the members. There are a number of lessons and social tennis programs for the members. My son also enjoys school holiday camps. I would recommend the club if you live near Chatswood and have interest in tennis.
Great venue with friendly staff and the synthetic grass has been upgraded recently which makes it even better to play on. A lot of variety of programs available including kids tennis programs, ladies & mixed comps and social tennis, all of which I have used previously. My lovely local tennis ctr!
