Amazing service from Chatime Carousel! Impressed by the wide selection of bubble teas. Was served by Tracy tonight, and was highly satisfied with the efficient service provided by her despite the rush. My drink was delicious and will be coming back again!
Refreshing! I had a peach green tea with lychee jelly, was lovely… my daughter had the mango green tea with mango jelly and she really enjoyed it. Friendly staff.. thank you!
Love this store. I come in so much that I can just ask for 'the usual', and most of the staff know exactly what I mean. Seal in particular is a great staff member, who always gets it perfect for me. Give him some bonus points, haha! I come here with my MSWA support workers, and have gotten them addicted to it as well, hah. My only suggestion for the store itself, is to have the pickup for the items at the front of the store, instead of the very back. But that's just me and my MS not wanting to walk too much! Kid-friendliness: Every weekday after 3, it's packed with schoolkids! Parking: Parking is really difficult to get! There's some parking along Albany Highway, but it's paid, ticketed parking. You do get some free parking time, though.
Good taste of choco ice just they need to make more option for sugar they don't have extra extra extra sugar like in asian country only have 1 extra sugar only we can add 3-5x in asian country cos we love sweat dear~ :PFood: 5/5

I love this place!! By far my favourite bubble tea place at carousel. The drinks were amazing and the customer service was amazing, especially Natalie Foo!! Even though the store's quite busy, theres still amazing energy there!!

Conveniently located bubble tea store that's easy to get to whilst you're out shopping or watching a movie. The offerings include fruity and milky varieties as well as frozen drinks. There are also pearls, aloe vera, red beans and various jellies to choose from, and you can top your drink with a savoury mousse for extra. Service is good here and the teas are consistently good.
Favourite bubble tea place in Carousel. Took less than 5 mins to get my drink even though the store is busy. Friendly staff, amazing team!
