You better check your receipt when you come over. Didn’t mention red bean at all and they charge me extra$0.8. Ask for refund and the manager gave me $0.6 instead. How funny if you work here and don’t know the price for the topping.
The woman taking orders this morning 2/1 was sweet, putting my order through before the two girls who pushed in front of me. Really appreciated it.
Tapioca pearls had seed in them probably coz they were days old so instead of tasting like jelly they tasted like lime stone. Olong milk tea didn’t tasted more than ice and sugar.unless you are ready to take it home and add chai latte powder to compensate watery taste don’t waste your $7.50

Really disgusted with the customer service wasn't happy with the drink that i ordered i asked if they can fix it for me, but they refused! They wer being really disrespectful and refused to help me. Unhappy will not come back!! Especially only guy work with them he was very rude
