I occasionally stopped by this Chatime store for bubble teas but today will surely be my last visit. I ordered a jasmine milk tea with glass jelly, the drink is tasteless they seemed to add too much water, no tea flavor nor jasmine flavor, and for some reasons the packaging is no longer Chatime which I don't understand why.

I went to this store today and I had the worst experience of my life. On google map, they told customers it was closed at 20:30 but when I got there at 20:05 they said closed. I asked them to take my order because I was not wrong to arrive at 20:05 because they said close at 20:30 on google map. Then I just bought the topping, which is exactly the same as the last order I bought. But they said they couldn't do it for me. So I asked to buy a small cup of milk tea with 6 types of toppings attached. I asked for a durian flavored milk tea but they didn't even want to make it for me . They say they only have the original flavor. I even accept that! Then they said they couldn't do it in one cup because it was too small. I said then put in two cups: a cup of milktea and a cup of topping. I am paying all orders, I am not asking them to free anything but they keep rejecting me with a bad attitude, no respect for me at all!!!
Staffs could be more trained about the recipe. The drinks are tasteless because they add lots of water. They could do better for sure.
