I have been a patron at this particular Chatime for many years but it is finally time to take my business to other bubble tea chains and other unassociated Chatimes only. There have been a few positive moments, especially when the owner Tin I think? Tin is lovely is around and supervising and even making the drinks. But that has decreased the last few years, and in the hands of other blank-eyed staff who seem to have no will to live, the customer service is appalling and the drink quality is hit-and-miss. Honestly, I can live with the drink quality being below average occasionally - it still usually has enough caffeine and sugar to give you the hit you need - but the customer service? Forget about it. Forget being met with a genuine smile or kind and polite manner. Some of the staff have rude and dismissive attitudes. Even if they are the one who has made a mistake or has the onus of answering a question upon them, they'll barely make eye contact, speak snarkily or abruptly, turn their back on you, have no contrition in their manner, and forget expecting anything wise or intelligent to come out of their mouths. In many other industries, if any of the above things are lacking, expect to be eviscerated. I suppose it doesn't matter so much for bubble tea, does it? Still, thank you Tin, and thank you to any of the times your staff HAVE been up to par. For the sake of the rest of the general public who still visits the Mawson Lakes store and any others you own, I hope those with problems fix their bad attitudes.
At 9:45pm ordered coconut milky with coconut jelly and it just taste disgusting. It honestly tasted like water. This is one of my favourite drink and they just ruined it for me. The tall girl on the til was really rude and kept rolling her eyes on me and my friends. This is not the first time I was served by this girl and her attitude is always the same. I am really disappointed by the customer service and the way they make the drinks.
the drinks are delicious but I have noticed this staff member gave me terrible customer service. The first time she served me she rolled her eyes and I thought it was because the store was busy. Went there again and the store was quiet and her behaviour was still the same. I'm not saying she needs to smile all the time but using basic manners such as please and thank you would be nice.

I really love the drinks here. They taste amazing and are made quite quickly considering how busy you usually are! One downside about this location is the staff. I have found a few of the girls here to be quite rude. One time, I was even ignored when standing at the counter for 6-7 minutes waiting to be served.. I had to go and use the self-serve machine because it was so awkward. If I hadn’t driven all the way just for Chatime.. I wouldn’t have bothered spending my money there that day. This hasn’t been the only time I’ve felt uncomfortable ordering here either. Due to that experience I now just use the app to order directly so there’s no talking involved. Seems as though that’s their preferred ordering method. Store is always clean. Drinks are always made fresh to order. My orders have always been correct. 10/10 for product. Management just need to spend some time developing staff or moving on the staff with bad attitudes.
It is a little pricey but the price is so worth it. It is amazing never disappoints me. I personally recommend fruity range as im lactose intolerant but im sure theyre nice to

The drinks tasted good but customer service was atrocious, seriously I’ve never experienced worse customer service. The worker who served me was extremely rude and got annoyed at me for changing something in my drink, she also got upset when I corrected her when she put my order down wrong, she even threw my receipt in the bin when I asked for it stating ‘The receipt machine was broken’ when I watched the receipt print. Will not be coming back to this particular store.
