I've been here 3 times now and can't stand to go back. Do you like waiting 15 mins for your drink? While standing in a loud crowded walkway? Even though your drink was ready 5 mins ago but you didn't know bc 1 the app doesn't tell you when it's ready 2 the employees whisper the name which you very obviously cannot hear over the noise or with 12 people in front of you. I hate going here and won't return. Not worth it. They also forgot my popping balls last time
This morning, I ordered two milk tea, one is hot and other one is cold at 11:33 believe or not there is a fly in my milk tea, I’m shocked and very disappointed. I trying to call this shop but no one answered....
Love Cha time normally but this was crazy. Line up of 4 people at a non peak time 3pm , sitting here for 10 minutes as the drinks pile up on the counter without being filled, drinks weren't served in order so in the end i was here for 20 min watching people jump ahead in the cue. I'll get a $1 7-11 slurpee next time Food: 4/5
I bought here a watermelon frost taste like a artificial flavor.
Edit: You can really see that they don't care and just copy-paste a default reply. I already mentioned in my original review that I contacted customer service about this and they didn't answer and here they say I should contact them again. Lol. Original review: You can safely disregard older positive reviews of this place because it has completely gone down the drain. I used to come here 2-3/week for 3 years but lately, you can really see that management has lost the plot. They are now only hiring cheap high school kids who absolutely do not care about customer service. Two weeks ago, I came here and the boy at the register was picking his nose and blowing his nose into his hand before proceeding to touch the drinks/toppings and containers with his snot-covered fingers. When I contacted Chatime about this, they did not even bother to get back to me. Today, I ordered a drink and it tasted completely off like rotten milk. I asked them to remake it and when it still tasted horrible, they refused me a refund. Meanwhile, the lady in front of me complained about the exact same thing but with a different drink and you could even see coagulated bits of god-knows-what in there. I now feel sick after drinking it. I won't be back. This store needs to be investigated for food safety.
Get regular guava green tea from the store, the cashier asked the lady in the kitchen if she knows how to make it, Got the worst guava soda sparkling water taste so weird and could not bothering to finish the glass and have to throw it away after 2 sips. Never come back again.
