It's not the best and it's not the worst, so it's only an occasional choice for BBT. The straws are about double the height of the regular cups, making one friend wonder if the cups have shrunk
This place serve best taro milk tea in Brisbane, unlike other brands with artifical powder drimk.
It is a cute little bubble tea place. You can order it through Google Maps which is good. I got the chocolate tea and my partner got the Hazelnut tea and we both loved them. I would definitely recommend if you are in the area.
Bitter tea. No flavour. Will not waste my money again when Orange Tea is a few metres away. 30% sugar is usually plenty but assuming the Tea was too old plus hardly any lychee jellies....maybe avoid at the end of the day ???
The staff here are usually quite rude, they NEVER open on time and more often than not get drink orders wrong. If they were friendlier it wouldn't be a bad store. Located on ground floor, easiest access is parking in the basement and taking the travelator up.
I used to get bubble tea from here so often but not so much now days since their staff members are so rude now! I usually order 5 drinks and one day the lady got so annoyed in front of my dad because we didn't want sugar in all of them and different types of topping. However, i do understand that it can be confusing sometime but it still doesn't give them the right to be so rude to their customer. I enjoy their drinks and we haven't had any issues in the past but recently the milk in our drinks are bit off but still taste the same. I really think they need to train their staff members a little better.
Staff extremely rude. Told me they didn’t have topping i wanted so i asked what they had. Woman told me to just look at the photo with a sour face. Half of the toppings on that photo were ones they didn’t even have. Lost my business
Just had the most pleasant experience with Lynne hope I spelt it right!. She went out of her way to cater for my preferences and was so bubbly and kind. She took her time to answer my questions in depth even though it would have been around the end of her shift. Thank you Lynne! Your kindness and hospitality was appreciated more than you know
Ordered a tea from here, asked the staff if I could have some extra ice please as I was bitten by something and was going quite red and she replied no we don’t give ice out and would refuse to give any. Incredibly rude no compassion for people.
With so many new bubble tea shops opened in Brisbane, this franchise might need to add a bit more to their tea menu to stay competitive. Milk tea sometimes tastes very watery.
