Went back recently and used the automated system. And ended up with a drink with soy milk unintentionally. I only realised it when I got home. The touch screen doesn't seen intuitive. It should be exactly the same way as when the person ask for your order. I don't need pictures. Just flavour, size, sugar, ice, extras and done. Nice tea, quick service, still getting used o the self service screen but it's easy enough to use after the first time.
I had a fantastic experience at Chatime, and Lachlan made my visit even more enjoyable. Despite being the only worker on duty and dealing with a busy crowd, he remained calm and efficient. He even took the time to give me samples of different toppings and helped me choose the perfect one. The drink I ordered was absolutely delicious and exceeded my expectations. Honeydew milk tea is my new go to! Overall, I highly recommend Chatime to anyone looking for a tasty beverage. The customer service is outstanding. Thank you for a great experience!
My partner and I visit regularly. The milky and fruity teas have come out great exactly how we have ordered them. However we decided to try the hot tea one time and my partners tea came out cold and mine was lukewarm. Although this was disappointing, we love the cold teas and continue to come back for them.

The customer service here is great, the staff asked if I wanted to try the watermelon jelly that’s new and gave me a small sample cup of it. They are great, my new go to bubble tea! Vegetarian options: Soy and milk alternatives offered
Decided to get a drink here to try it out. I recieved the drink half sealed and it spilt all over my car. I didn't even get to drink half of it. So now I payed for this overpriced drink + have to pay for my car being cleaned. Thanks! Great experience, I really enjoyed it...Food: 1/5
amazing first experience at cha time waterford, Jeff served me and he was so friendly and helpful as I couldn’t decide what drink to get but he helped recommend me one and I absolutely loved it, will definitely be back for more!
Had a soymilk tea for the first time and it's my favorite now. Loved it so much so we may go tomorrow as well. Things were all flawless here.
