Idk why tf these reviews are so horrible I've had nothing but good experiences with these lovely woman they work hard to treat everyone, mistakes can be made. We are all human they are friendly and they listen. They take cash and card and have been for awhile they used to not be super popular so taking cash was the only option because aftpos mechanics are expensive.
I asked for my toe nails to be cut square...the guy rounded them off!!.and cut deep into the side of my big toe making it bleed...he insisted I put it back in the tub of hot water, I refused saying would make it bleed more.. although he did say sorry, he obviously had no idea what to do. On leaving I told him the above, he didn't understand me and charged me $40....Service: Pedicure
I have been a regular customer here for MANY years. It’s a very few places I come too due to bad social aniexty. I have never had a problem coming here, But today when I attended my appointment. I was told to check in, which I did. Most is auto fill then a young girl worker who has braces came from the eyelash room. Telling me too “check in”, which I stated “I had” She then.. demanded to see my sign in. & I quote her words “Show me!” Which made me feel like she was belittling me or didn’t believe me. I was so shocked & embarrassed I couldn’t even think & forget how to show her. I was so embarrassed I asked for a piece of paper to sign just to prove that I did it. When I calmed myself down I finally got to the sign in page on my phone. As it was a link from Safari not google chrome. I didn’t even get an apology..nothing. She just went on her day, but for me.. i felt so small & embarrassed. Before you approach someone maybe next time your choice of wording or Tone in your voice could be a bit more friendlier. I’m not sure if I’ll be back. I do spend quite a few hundred every year supporting your business. But with the attitude I got today, I’m upset. The rest of the ladies are wonderful it’s a pitty one spoils it for the rest.
Asked for my toenails to be trimmed but kept square the guy rounded one of them and cut it too short!!! The polish was not even. Had the skin on the side of my nails filled off causes scabs and bleeding, staff just so rude not once did they talk to me just chatted to each other. Do not recommend anyone coming here it’s overpriced and rubbish.Services: Acrylic nails
Terrible experience. The lady that did my nails was talking on the phone through her headphones for most of my appointment. She was rough and quite rude. My nails turned out uneven and are cut up on the edges. Will not return here. Multiple ladies told us different prices for SNS within 5 minutes of each other.
The staff who did my pedicure did not clean my toe nails surfaces by the machine like other girls did before. The shellac could not be last long. I paid 50$ for pedicure shellac but like express service, still have lots of cuticle and the dust under the knit, just put lotiom on and no massage.
** Photos are posted in ‘Photos’ of my poorly serviced pedicure. I don’t know if you can call this a pedicure but there was 2 services in package that wasn’t delivered. Sat in the chair for 25 mins with my feet up because for them to tell me that I needed to wait another 10 mins as my nails won’t even close to being dry. I started crying and they tired to charge me $40, then asked the manager to look @ my feet and ask how much he would pay for them and he said $35. Ended up paying so I could leave & came home to paint my toe nails. I never going back. Contacted my bank for a charge back & reported the business to the ACCC. Consumers have rights when services are not delivered. Never going back to charms SPA again, even though I was a regular customer. Feeling: upset, depressed, angry, sore! My feet are dry and flaky. So horrible to think that this happens.Services: Foot massages
Payed ridiculous amount for a set of eyelashes I absolutely hated after sitting there for hours on end they couldn’t even fix them for over 100$ - very unrelaxing eyelash tech was singing the whole time. Overall very disappointed walked out with sunglasses on.Services: Acrylic nails
Have been going to Charms for years, never had an issue until today the service was so incredibly slow, the person obviously still needed training and the colour I selected was not put on my nails! The colour he chose was completely different and my nails are see through and look horrible, I've tried contacting their facebook page with no response
Absolutely terrible service. I have been a regular customer and last time I was so disappointed with their service. The guy who did the manicure, need a proper training to how to do a manicure. Absolutely disappointed and don’t waste your money here. Rude customer service.Service: Manicure
