I'm so sad that this is my local bakery.. DISGUSTING! The lady with headband that worked today approx. 1pm (18/09/15) I would recommend going and getting trained in customer service. 1st lesson - you serve people in order of how they walked in.. 2nd lesson - when a customer tells you they were waiting first, you stop serving the person who walked in second and serve them., OR do what you did today and the customer will do what I did - they will walk out and take their business else where (perhaps to Mr T's bakery at the Grange.. I did) give the business a bad review on google, tell all their friends and never return.

Only baked on Thursdays. I've been told there's a Polish influence. I'm not rating the whole bakery, just the poppy seed roll. The rest of the stock looked pretty good too. Think they might make some of their own Danish pastries.

Try a jam doughnut, there's nothing else like it in Brisbane. Great, friendly service. Their continental rye is by far the best I've had, and they actually make their own pies on site.
