We had the best experience with Stuart Charles and would not hesitate to buy through them again! Macaulay was amazing, going above and beyond for us! The constant updates through from Michaela helped us keep on top of what was happening and we found them invaluable! The added help from Leanne with her mediation between us and the former tenants made everything feel alot more simple! Safe to say and all round great service and a company run by a great team! Cannot recommend enough!

As soon as you walk through their doors you’re greeted with a smile. The team are super friendly and are very accommodating especially Leanne she always goes above and beyond chasing land lords for me. She doesn’t hang around as she gets you answers usually within a few hours and calls YOU back. I would recommend Stuart Charles to anyone for anything property related whether it be sales or management. You honestly wouldn’t be disappointed!

They were more knowledgeable at some points in the transaction than solicitors, and they definitely helped us complete in a faster time frame than if we just relied on solicitors. Dealt with Stuart many times over the years across multiple enquiries/purchases and was always hugely helpful and knowledgeable about the area and market. I think taking the leap in to running his own business has really elevated him and you can also see in his team, that they follow the same ethos. I really liked the updates all the way through the process and i must admit, i cannot fault their numbers on footfall, that's relevant and not just to hit a number. Will definitely use again and I recommend you also try them out
