Lots of good food options here, an adequate amount of seating that's spaced out, good to do some work in here as well. Very good coffe, served quite hot I might add, but that's a good thing that a lot of other cafes don't want to do. Well worth a visit.

As a big cafe person who visits them daily on my morning work runs, I can comfortably say Charles is one of the best Cafes Ive been to on Latrobe street, let alone melbourne due to there service, coffee and good food, with a very subtle and chill environment. The coffee is actually tasteful and the barrista is a gun! Coming here for breakfeast or even a quick coffee around site visits has been the best decision I've made. Thanks for being a traditional melbourne cafe, its been a long time since ive enjoyed a food coffee or for me and my fiancé to enjoy a good Melbourne brunch.

Extremely great variety of food. Every day different hot food ready to be served up. Staff are always friendly and greet you with a smile.. HUGE fan of a Vanilla Latte something that is available on offer as its not available everywhere. Keep up the great service.

Great coffee and excellent customer service

I have only ever had AMAZING coffee from these guys, especially from Tas who had it perfect every time and with a gorgeous smile too! Gutted we moved locations so they're not close because I've not found anywhere that even comes close to hitting the mark!

Service used to be great but has gone downhill. Coffee can be good depending on the barrista. Salads are very oily, hot food is ok

Friendly and very quick staff. The Acai Kick smoothie is perfect to start the day!
