Hungry? Trying to decide where to go? What to get? Stop now and go here! There’s so much food you won’t know what to get, it doesn’t matter though because anything you get from here will be effing delicious! The only downside is that because it’s so damn good you, you better prepare for a line up. Totally worth the wait. Stop thinking and go.
Me and my friends come here all the time after school to get chips. The employees are really nice and down to earth. I would highly recommend you go here rather the the other locations because of the quality and the time it takes to get your meal.
If I could give it less than a star I would. The first time I ate here I ended up with food poisoning for a day. As one who moves on and let’s things go, I thought I’d give it another go. But the staff are unfriendly and unhelpful. They mostly ignore you which may actually be preferable to the service they give when they do acknowledge you. Woolies is right next door and it’s better in every way.
Have been here many times over the years but the quality has dropped severely. Went on Wednesday, no one in the store. Ordered 2 drumsticks, 2 schnitty rolls and a salad. Food came quite quickly, got home and realised they never gave us the salad we’d paid for. The drumsticks were so dry that they were basically inedible, as was the schnitzel on the rolls. If you’re going to serve simple food. Please do it well. Won’t go back
Bad experience with this branch. I usually order at other branches but this time unfortunately I fell on this branch and this is the first and last time I bought there. I ordered a family bowl with salad and mixed with some of the hot food. The wedges were spoiled and some of the salads didn't smell good, apparently the food had been sitting there for a few days. The whole bowl smelled horrible. right now my whole stomach hurts
People don't understand how hard it is to do retail. I feel for them and the negative reviews. The reason for bad food is the treatment after the food has been purchased. Not top level standard service due to exhaustion and pricey because at the end of the day they need to make a profit like every other business. If you don't enjoy it, go get fat at maccas
We ordered a chicken salad and a burger. The bread for the burger tasted old and the salad was $19 and was basically a mayo salad . I could understand if the prices were decent but $40 ??? Def not worth it .
Took a bite of my chicken roll and there was a live wriggling worm!!! I did not ask for the extra protein!!!!! It was super disgusting, and can confirm I will not be going back. Have contacted Chargrill with no reply. Poor form guys!
Salad sauce tasted off. Portuguese chicken turned out as a normal grilled chicken somehow lol
Recently had the misfortune of ordering take away from here and was very disappointed. Other outlets have been of a far higher standard. The salads were very disappointing and the chicken was barely cooked. I realise it might have been busy but still no excuse for undercooked chicken. To make matters worse I was confronted by political advertising while just trying to pick up a quick meal for the family. Luckily there are plenty of other options in the area when I need something quick for dinner. I did forget to mention the young man who took my order was very polite. Not his fault the food was poor quality
