Some mixed reviews about this place. But the service was fast and efficient despite the lunch time crowd. The chicken burgers were fresh and tasty. Salads were great too! Well worth a visit when in Rose Bay.
This location is very good but taste is not that what it attracts from display. Wide variety of salads. Fried rice was way away from what usually it taste. Service is good with helpful staffs.

The food is good, the service is farcical. For example you’ll be standing there waiting to order and a group of school kids will walk in and they will be served first, I guess selling regular chips all day is a money-spinner The staff have no idea who is already waiting on the other side of the counter first, they don’t watch ,even with the number system.
Great for chicken lovers. Chargrill & Portuguese style. Get a few side salads and you can conjure up a great meal. Go for some other options than the usual fries. Happy days.....
Absolute chaos. No order to the place at all. Really missing some simple leadership! No obvious instructions on how to actually order food etc. Menus then show different burgers but don't highlight what's different . Tables all dirty outside, super sticky even after asking for it to be wiped down. Tables too close to the waiting line and of course people are so oblivious they just hover right next to your table.
Rather crowded place with lots of take away customers, limited dining in seating, and no toilets near by. Ordered schnitzel, roast veg and cream cauliflower. Veg was good, schnitz a little dry. Overall I like the brand. Reasonable value. Service neither friendly or non friendly.
Can't believe that some reviewers are claiming that this place has good service. The organisation is terrible and the result is chaos. No instructions on how to order and if they haven't called your number they ignore you until you push in and ask or another customer takes pity and tells you. Then when you find out you need a ticket and wait for the number to be called out to order they skip numbers because no one is keeping proper track of what number they are up to. They skipped my number and I was so fed up by that point I left. Absolutely hopeless. Would give zero stars if it was possible.
Turn off Uber eats during peak hours, get rid of tables and chairs instead and create a proper orderly line not just everyone milling around the counter. Create a better system to take orders and fulfill orders. The current system is ludicrous!!!
Dirty, messy, lack of order -shop aesthetically, menu, food and staff-wise. Ordered a lamb roll. I assumed it would be hot, as I chose the lamb as I saw in under lights in the display. No flavour, no salt. Was not asked if I wanted salt, gravy, buttered roll. No chance of mint jelly then? Gristle in first bite. But this ain’t the worst of it. However, the chips were hot and tasty, and the can of Coke washed away the dry roll and cold and dry, flavourless lamb. I watched the man go out the back to prepare my lamb roll -and he didn’t use the lamb in the hot display. Seven hours later I had watery diarrhoea. Where’s NSW Health?! How can they run a food shop if they do not understand the importance of keeping hot food hot, and cold food at cold temperatures. This was my first visit. Back to Maccas I go
