Listen I’m seeing many reviews about bad service but it’s honestly just a culture situation people seemingly aren’t aware of anyways I’ve received good service the two times I’ve been there very attentive staff and friendly. The food though is definitely worth the visit alone cheap skewers that taste the same as other places with higher prices. I remember my first time at the place I was craving to go again but I had a trip planned so I was away for a few weeks coming back this was the place I immediately came to dine. Would recommend the skewers, the a5 beef cubes are quite tough but the $10 for 10 lamb skewers are delightful alongside the beef ribs are both must gets when visiting here.
I ordered a $20 takeaway during a very quiet period at the restaurant, yet I had to wait a full 30 minutes. During that time, I saw the kitchen preparing and serving food for customers who arrived after me, both dine-in and takeaway. Confused, I asked the cashier about my order, but she completely ignored me. It was only after I expressed some frustration that she finally handed me my food. A terrible experience!
The food was great. Service was awful. All the dishes I ordered were served except rice, which I waited for over 30 minute for a bowl of rice. Asked two waiters for it nicely but did not get any response. I understand they are busy during dinner time but an explanation on the wait would have been nice.
Good price. Lamb is tasty, beef is too much fat.
