Nice breakfast place. Very good coffee and a great atmosphere. Sitting outside on Grosvenor lane, next to some nice trees, feels like sitting on some Mediterranean piazza and enjoy a lazy weekend morning. Even though the piazza is just a parking lot. Service is very friendly, the food is decent. Happy to return.
Stumbled across Chaos Cafe while needing to waste some time on Sunday, early noon. It is a little harder to find, as it’s on a side street, which seems to also have plenty of parking spots. Super nice staff and very welcoming, especially as I was alone at first. I’ve ordered a French toast, which was super tasty maybe a little too sweet and my boyfriend got an Açaí Bowl. It was his first time trying it and he really enjoyed it! Their beverages are very nice, I would really recommend the Chai Latte!
Been here a few times now, and the food and service never seem to disappoint! You've got indoor and outdoor seating, and plenty of parking can get a little difficult on the weekends. On our last visit, for drinks we had a caramel milkshake, mango smoothie was nice and thick. And for food we had the bacon brekkie wrap and knafeh french toast. All of which I highly recommend! This place is ok and usually very busy. Coffee was ok but not great. I ordered toast with avocado and a side of mushrooms which was a tiny serve, the smallest side serve Ithink I've had. The service was good. Location is convenient. They do have a few vegan options on the menuFood: 3/5
Tucked away just off the main street of Neutral Bay is this little cafe. Fairly decent selection of dishes which would be sure to please most. Admittedly very uninspired and the same as almost every other cafe in Sydney fairy floss on french toast, for example. The food was average, nothing really stood out to make it worth the trip if you don’t already live close by.
My experience was pretty in line with everyone else posting here. It’s actually a very good spot for breakfast. Good food and good prices. Atmosphere is alright. It can get really busy, but I think that’s just a testament to the quality. If you are around Neutral Bay, hit this place up.
Best coffee in Nbay and great food. Without question the best service of the cafes in the area. Whether it’s full or only a few ppl the food is always served in a timely manner.
A little hidden gem in the heart of Neutral Bay. Chaos cafe always serves delicious food and has great service. It’s usually quite busy but I’ve always been able to find a table. You have a choice of inside or outside. Although it does face a car park, you hardly notice. The all day breakfast menu is superb. It was the first time I’d tried the French Toast and it was excellent I’m not sure on their official stance on dogs, but I’ve seen a few sit with owners outside. Overall, well worth a visit.
Quick breakfast hubby had a full breakfast and I had the omelette. Delish Great coffee. Will def go back
We love this little hidden gem for their breakfast, coffee and service. During the lockdown, Saturday mornings called for Smashed Avo on Sourdough with fetta, cherry tomato, sauteed mushroom, beetroot relish, and dukkha – absolutely delicious! Will be back soon for a dine in experience now!
