Terrible!! Do not use this person ever. At first was very polite (to secure the job of course). Two days after the job was done and reassured that the roof would not leak it rained again and the roof leaked again, water came through the ceiling plaster and the light fixture. Thank God I didn't get the ceiling fixed by then! Spoke to him on the phone and was yelled at, sworn at and hung up on multiple times saying how dare I accuse him of not finishing the job properly. Came over second time and fixed it again which did make it better. Absolutely shocked by experience and now some months later the roof started to leak again (yes how bad is this?!?!) And I'm too scared to contact him to fix it because I don't want to go through that experience ever again. Hope this helps future customers and best of luck dealing with him.

We received great advice on the work required to make sure the roof was going to be repaired and restored properly. The work was done quickly and professionally. Very happy with the outcome

Great job by Changing Roofs guys. Our tile roof looked terrible and was leaking in heavy rain. We decided to have a restoration done. Looks great and no more leaks. Couldn't be happier.

Our roof needs restoration so I googled a few places. We called around, found Zac, he came out the next day and gave us a quote. I received another quote but Zac's price was better, he did state it is a big job but easy done. I have read all of the reviews on Google & True Local, was a bit hesitant but proceeded anyway as Zac followed up again with us and give us extras. Zac & his team came on time as per promised, did all the jobs within 2 days. His team were very professional onsite & make sure that the job is done properly. Fast forward a week, when I checked the gutter I believe it needs to be cleaned again as that was part of the quote, maybe due to the recent storm. I called Zac & he promised to come back and clean it again for us. I am not sure about other customer's experiences, but based on mine I am happy with the job & would recommend him to others.
